Account Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator in our Client Services Department. The primary responsibilities of the Account Coordinator are to assist the Account Executive with daily business needs; run daily and/or weekly client reports as assigned; update reports as directed by Account Executive. In addition, the Account Coordinator will compile and distribute all client reports as required, maintain client/product files and compose correspondence as needed. The Account Coordinator will attend weekly buyers meetings to ensure client goals are met, demonstrate follow-up skills and demonstrate the ability to multi-task, in addition to maintaining excellent organizational skills.

A minimum of one year experience in a professional business environment is required. A college degree is preferred. The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Windows 2007 Office Suite: Word / Excel (including formulas) / Outlook applications. Proficiency in PowerPoint is a MUST! Candidate must provide accurate attention to detail, and have demonstrated the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
