Nancy has accountable media pulsing through her veins. A pioneer and visionary in the DR media industry, Nancy has received multiple honors, including DRMA Hall of Fame, San Fernando Valley’s Top Women-Owned Business and Cynopsis’ Top Women in Digital. She prides herself in having helped iconic brands such as Proactiv, TrueCar and OxiClean rise to market dominance through innovative thinking and pushing boundaries & remains extremely involved in driving strategies for clients. When not at the helm of the Icon ship, she can be found with the music on and glass of wine in hand, trolling in the Newport Harbor aboard her other ship, with friends and family living out her favorite mantra — Live, Laugh, Love.
Jeff is the master of relationships and analytics which is a rare and perfect combination for what he does at Icon. Before he joined Icon in 2006, he worked for global media agencies like Initiative and DDB. He now serves as the backbone and the front man for our Client Service operations. He provides strategic guidance and encourages his teams to push the envelope and is involved in every client relationship, big or small. You’ll rarely catch him without his trusty UCLA mug, full of another piping hot cup of coffee. When not leading the charge for Icon’s clients, you’ll find Jeff coaching soccer for one of his four childrens’ teams or trying to keep up with his brainiac daughter – 2017 medalist in the Academic Pentathalon.
As the lead of our Media department, Stacy brings a wealth of experience and negotiating prowess to the Icon team. Having worked on big brands like Hyundai, Sears and Del Monte on big brand initiatives, in 2015, she brought those crazy negotiating skills to work for Icon. She can quote a cost per point for any network at any time. Go ahead, test her, we dare you. When not strategizing with Client Services to come up with innovative media plans, Stacy is juggling the many activities of her three young children while maneuvering around the various car rebuild projects her husband swears he’ll get to this week.
Minnie is a veteran marketer. She has vast experience working in client marketing organizations and running accounts for creative and digital agencies, both small and large. There isn’t an industry you can think of that she hasn’t worked in, from CPG and finance to clean tech and health tech. As EVP of Marketing, she stewards Icon’s brand and helps drive new business strategy. When not strategizing for Icon, you will find her creating and trying out new recipes for her cooking blog. That’s when she’s not cheering for her kids in the water polo, baseball or cross country stands, or hounding them to finish their schoolwork (she might be a little bit of a “tiger mom”).
Jeff Lazkani literally grew up in the media industry. He understands the ins and outs of media strategy and instinctively knows when and where brands should be. As VP of Business Development and Strategy, he is the lead strategic point person for many of Icon’s largest clients and is looked to, to provide thought leadership in the industry. He is often asked to author articles or speak to groups about the future of Direct Response television and media. And just try to keep him out of a pitch. He loves a good pitch meeting like he loves a good hike or competitive game of beach volleyball. When not strategizing about media, he can be found chillin’ with his wife and dogs, reading the latest thriller and listening to some tunes. Oh, and he’s a die-hard Lakers fan.
