Manager, Advanced TV

The main purpose of the role is to drive the success of the Advanced Media practice. This will include developing strategies that are appropriate for each client and campaign based on specific KPIs and determining which platform and channels should be used to achieve the various objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the connected TV, OTT and the Advanced Media landscape, including programmatic connected TV. The role will report directly to the EVP, Advanced Media & Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the media and TV advertisement market, the sources and types of data that will drive Advanced TV, and the strategic data partnerships that are necessary to create the right ecosystem to provide the proper strategies for our clients.

Job Duties Include, but not limited to:

  • Lead strategy for Advanced Media campaigns for clients throughout the year
  • Execute and optimize campaign using internal metrics and/or third party programmatic platforms
  • Lead conversations with internal client teams and clients about advanced media strategy and attribution including technical knowledge of how attribution is performed for each channel
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party partner and provide proper direction to set up campaigns
  • Set up, launch and manage advanced media, connected TV, OTT campaigns
  • Manage proper tagging and pixel implementation for campaigns
  • Provide reporting to client teams on a weekly basis
  • Set appropriate success metrics and tracking mechanisms at the campaign level
  • Be on the forefront of new tools and capabilities of vendors in the advanced media space
  • Manage social media, paid search and traditional digital video campaigns


  • Working knowledge of set up and implementation of site pixels

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related position
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced level in Excel PowerPoint)
  • Experience setting up and managing campaigns through DSPs such as Dataxu, Adobe, TradeDesk for connected TV campaigns
  • Segment building experience using first-party data from audience and customers or third-party data
  • Experience managing campaigns on the Facebook, Instagram and YouTube platforms
