Traffic Assistant

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Partner with Account Managers to facilitate distribution of dubs, telemarketing data, and traffic instructions
  • Upon creative approval, assist Account Managers in assigning phone numbers/unique identifiers for trafficking tasks based on booking instructions and/or media requests
  • Communicate with vendors (dub houses and call centers) and stations to confirm delivery and receipt of dub orders, telemarketing data, and traffic instructions
  • Assist in managing the maintenance of documents/forms necessary to carry out the successful launch/continued airings of creatives based on assigned flight dates
  • Maintain integrity of internal forms/documents/systems by ensuring proper and timely updates
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal staff and external clients/vendors on both needs and issues
  • Provide necessary communication to staff in writing as forms/documents/systems that affect institutional workflow are updated
  • Maintain integrity of launches by conducting necessary reviews/checks to creatives and any identifiers associated to ensure quality/integrity
  • Troubleshoot issues and track progress and resolutions in writing while providing excellent customer service throughout resolution process
  • Assist with creating reports for staff and clients as requested

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of related office experience required
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and all major Internet browsers
