Job Duties:

  • Drive strategy and lead media plan implementation to reach client objectives
  • Influence and inspire organizational teams
  • Monitor media plans/budgets and results to maximize client profitability
  • Interface regularly with client to ensure an ongoing rapport and insight into their business
  • Present new opportunities to drive growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and lead cross departmental communication
  • Analyze media performance communicating results analysis internally and externally
  • Optimize media schedules
  • Derive actionable insights based on consumer research and competitive marketing reports
  • Demonstrate flexibility and breadth of knowledge to work across various industry verticals
  • Ensure client media goals are being met while communicating client expectations and standards
  • Demonstrate initiative in researching the industry and staying current on industry trends
  • Possess managerial courage to challenge the process
  • Due to fluctuating demands, and the nature of Icon Media Direct’s business flow, it may be necessary for each team member to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically outlined above

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Additional business or marketing classes preferred.
  • At least 4 (four) years’ experience in client management, media management, and/or advertising/marketing.
  • National television experience highly preferred
  • Microsoft Office 2010 – 2013 proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) at advanced level
