Media Assistant

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Work closely with Media team and TV stations/networks in obtaining, analyzing and optimizing media
  • Utilize media software to input and track media performance
  • Administrative duties
  • Data entry
  • Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with station representatives
  • Confirm media placement and monitor the progress of client schedules pre and post campaign
  • Learn and utilize media research tools and resources
  • Various administrative duties
  • Other projects as assigned


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to form strong professional working relationships with various personalities
  • Works well under pressure with a positive, can-do outlook

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel: including pivot tables, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
  • Experience with general office equipment (copier, fax, multi-line phone, etc.)
  • Experience in advertising or television buying/selling is a plus
